Very simple and delicious Dessert by turkuazkitchen ❤️🤤

Ingredients

4 eggs
2/3 cup (135 g) granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup (60 ml) milk
4 tbsp (36 g) cornstarch
3 tbsp (27 g) cacao
1/2 cup (60 g) flour
Pinch of salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda

For Vanilla Mascarpone Cream:
8 oz mascarpone cheese
1 cup (240 ml) cold heavy whipping cream
3/4 cup (150 g) granulated sugar
Vanilla

For the Top
8 small bananas

For the Chocolate Ganache
150 ml heavy whipping cream
80 g semi-sweet chocolate
80 g milk chocolate
2 tbsp pistachio

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350F.
Line 15×10 inches baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a small bowl, add flour, cacao powder, cornstarch, salt, baking soda, and baking powder and stir until combined well.
In a medium bowl, add egg whites and 1/3 cup sugar, beat them together using a hand electric mixer until stiff peaks form for about 4 -5 min.
In another medium bowl, add the egg yolks and the remaining sugar and mix them together for 1-2 min. Add vanilla and milk and mix. Add flour mixture and stir well.
Using a wooden spoon, transfer the foamy egg whites to the mixture and fold it into the batter until combined.
Pour batter into the baking sheet and bake 15-20 min.
Remove from the oven and let it cool.
Once the cake cooled, cut it into slices to fit a small banana on top.

For the Frosting
In a medium bowl, beat cold cream and sugar until soft peaks form.
In another bowl, mix mascarpone cheese and vanilla until creamy.
Add the cheese mixture to the cream and stir gently until combined.

For the Ganache
In a small bowl, place cream and chopped chocolates, microwave for 30-40 sec, and stir. When the chocolate is mostly melted add pistachio and stir. Set aside at room temperature.

Take a cake piece and pipe mascarpone cream on top. Put a banana on top of the cream and smooth with a spatula as in the my Malaga IG Reel.
Pour cold ganache all over the dessert. Coat the dessert with pistachio.
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving!
