Mushroom & Rice Breakfast Bowl with Avo & Poached Egg!
Sautéed some white mushrooms in olive oil and garlic and mixed in some brown rice. Topped with avocado slices, green onion, aleppo pepper, and a poached egg
🥚 tips: Add a few inches of water to a pan, bring to boil, add a splash of vinegar, slightly lower the temp just a smidge and create a swirl in the water. Crack the egg into a ramekin and ease it gently into the water. Cook for a few minutes and remove carefully with a slotted spoon).
