Today we would like to show you another healthy snack idea. Our delicious, healthy cookies which are super easy to make and super yummy!
Like our energy ball recipe, this one is the perfect snack after or before a workout. It gives you a lot of power and is much better than chocolate or other “unhealthy” things.
These healthy cookies are super easy to prepare and you can store than for many days! Juts a perfect snack for the office or if you are on the run. Especially for breakfast our healthy cookies are your ideal companion.
We usually take them with us to work and also our colleagues are always happy to have get a piece of it. They are also a nice alternative to a normal oatmeal if you do not have time to prepare a normal bowl with milk and just need a quick snack on the way.
So lets get started and prepare these little, healthy thingys yourself.
All you need is:
- 3 Banans
- 8 tbsp of oats
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- raisins, cranberries, cacao nibs or whatever you like to add
- almonds or other nuts you would like to add
Prepare a bowl and press the bananas with a fork until they are really chewy.
Then add the oats and the other ingredients until you have a nice dough.
After this put a tbsp of it on the baking sheet (please prepare it before with baking paper) and go on until the dough is finished.
Last but nor least give the healthy cookies in the oven for around 20 minutes for around 150 degrees celsius.
Please note that the healthy cookies wont’t be very crispy and will be still a little bit soft & chewy even when they are ready.
