We made a clean and healthy cake last week. Yes, it’s not just healthy, it also tastes like heaven on earth. If you don’t believe me you should try it by yourself 😉
When I came back from the gym last week I was really in the mood for something nice and sweet. After I searched in the kitchen, I couldn’t find anything sweet, so I decided to bake something by myself. I took the healthy cookies recipe we blogged about a longer time ago as an inspiration and made a fantastic and yummy cake.
The ingredients and the preparation are really easy. All you need are the following things:
- 6 TL soaked chia seeds
- 1 Hand of blueberries
- 1 Cup of oats
- 2 EL coconut oil
- 4 Dates
- 6 TS Cacao powder
Instructions:
At first, fill the chia seeds into a cup of water and wait until they are soaked. This takes around 10 minutes. Then move the dates and the oats into a blender and chop them. After this insert all ingredients together in a bowl and mix it.
Now the dough is ready for the oven. Use a casserole or a muffin cake pan and bake it for around 25 minutes by 210 degrees.

I thinks it’s the most tasty if you eat it when it ‘s still warm paired with some nice vanilla yogurt. It’s pretty amazing!
