We finally made it to post a new recipe: The Green Bowl.
One bowl full of power, energy and good mood. It’s a fantastic dish for a growling stomach and it’s super duper easy to make.
The last time when I came home after the gym I was starving. But instead of getting something fast and unhealthy I decided to go for something healthy. Especially now before the wedding we try to eat some good stuff and get a little bit in shape.
What you need for the green bowl:
- 1 hand of snow peas
- 1 pomegranate
- 1 avocado
- 100 gr couscous
- 1 cucumber
- 1 egg
… that’s it.
The perfect ingredients for a perfect dish!
First you should cook the couscous and put it into a bowl. Don’t forget to use some nice herbs and spices:)
Afterwards roast the snow peas and the egg in a pan. In the meanwhile you can cut the avocado and the cucumber into small pieces and give all together in a big bowl. Again, taste it with some herbs and spices and ready is a yummy bowl, our green power bowl. My favorite spice at the moment is zatar. It’s so tasty and good! YUUMMMMYY!
