If you are free on Fridays you now know where to go. Exactly! Check out BU! trinity at WTC Mall in Abu Dhabi and spend a fantastic afternoon on the their sunny terrace overlooking Abu Dhabi.
We love this Brunch because its unique. The location is urban, modern and just so cool! The food is amazing and the best thing is that we could also use our the Entertainer so we got 2 for 1.
But now more about the delicious bites we had, which are from our point of view the most important when at a Friday brunch.

We especially enjoyed the super delicious guacamole, the fresh made tacos and the ceviches. By the way Ceviche (Spanish pronunciation: [seˈβitʃe])is a seafood dish popular in the coastal regions of Latin America and the Caribbean.
The dish is typically made from fresh raw fish cured in citrus juices, such as lemon or lime, and spiced with ají or chili peppers. Additional seasonings, such as chopped onions, salt, and cilantro, may also be added. Ceviche is usually accompanied by side dishes that complement its flavors, such as sweet potato, lettuce, corn, avocado or plantain and its so yummy!!!
Also the drinks were really good. Especially the Mojito 😉
