5. Food & Coffee at Cafe Linville – Just because it is so beautiful!

“Linville” in Tbilisi is a very atmospheric cafe that got us super excited. I would always come back to this place. Just a pretty cafe with amazing food! Definitly try the Kachapuri and the homemade lemonade.

6. Peace/Freedom Bridge – Great architecture

The Bridge of Peace is a bow-shaped pedestrian bridge, a steel and glass construction illuminated with numerous LEDs, over the Kura River in downtown Tbilisi. The bridge which stretches 150 metres over the Kura River was ordered by the City Hall of Tbilisi to create a contemporary design feature connecting Old Tbilisi with the new district.

7. Cable car to overlook the city – you have the best view from here!

Tbilisi’s most exhilarating ride – along with the Mtatsminda funicular – is the cable car, new in 2012, which swings from the south end of Rike Park high over the Mtkvari River and Old Town up to Narikala Fortress. To ride it, you need a Metromoney card, available at the ticket offices if you don’t have one.

8. Sulphur baths – book your private room and enjoy & relax

Visiting the sulphur baths in Tbilisi is a definite must-do when you’re in the city, especially if you’re in Tbilisi in October to March when it’s much colder. It is a really enjoyable experience but it pays to know a few things before you go. Check out this link for all tips and tricks.


9. Restaurant Tiflis for Khinkali – Great Gerogian food for a great price!

It is located next to dry bridge and offers Georgian food such as Khinkali for a very good price. You pay less than 1 lari for one piece and it is open 24 hours 7 days a week!

10. Lunch at Organic Restaurant – do not forget the delicious georgian cheesecake as dessert

The restaurant Organic Josper grill & bar is a great place for your lunch. It is a little more expensive than the other places but the quality of the food is sooo good and it is still cheap compared to UAE prices. You should definilty check it out when in Tbilisi.

11. Eating fresh Georgian bread at old bakery – So good!

This bakery is located in the basement and really not easy to find.
