Last weekend was pancake time. Apple pancake time! Tim surprised me with a bunch of lovely apple pancakes for breakfast.
I love breakfast in bed! And if it’s a super, duper lovey breakfast the better it is, right!?
Even now since we are back from Germany and all the wedding stress is over, it’s even nicer to spend the whole day in bed and do noooothing!
Food and sleeping are the most important things in life, right! 😉
Okay, now I’ll safe you from small talk and go on with the recipe.
Ingredients for around 12 pancakes:
- 6 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 apples
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 pinch salt
- 150 ml milk
- 1 egg
- a little bit of butter for the pan
How to do it:
The preparation of the pancakes is really easy. At first you’ll get a bowl and put all ingredients into it but leave the apple. Mix everything and let it grow for around 10 minutes. In the meanwhile you can prepare the apple and cut it into rings.
After this, heat the pan with some butter and dip the apple rings into the batter and after this, into the pan. Roast it for around 2 minutes from every side until the pancakes are golden-brown.
In combination with some drops of honey they will taste freaking amazing and we are sure you will love them!
